Welcome to Digital Materials BD. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

Digital Materials BD is a reseller of digital subscriptions, software licenses, and premium tools. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital service or credential, not a physical product.

2. Products and Usage

• Account Types: We sell both “Private” (personal) and “Shared” accounts. The type of account is specified in the product description.

• Shared Accounts: If you purchase a shared account, you are strictly prohibited from changing the email, password, profile settings, or billing information. Doing so will void your warranty immediately, and you will lose access without a refund.

• Private/Your Own Mail: For upgrades to your personal email, you must provide the correct email address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by you.

3. Orders and Payments

• Pricing: All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer.

• Verification: Orders are processed only after the payment is verified. If you use “Send Money” or “Cash Out,” you must provide the correct Transaction ID (TrxID) and reference number.

4. Delivery Policy

• Delivery Method: Product credentials or activation links will be delivered to your registered email address or via WhatsApp (if requested).

• Delivery Time: Most orders are processed within 10 minutes to 6 hours. However, in rare cases (e.g., server issues or high demand), delivery may take up to 24 hours.

• Spam Folder: Please check your spam/junk folder before contacting support if you haven’t received your product.

5. Warranty and Replacement

• Warranty Period: Each product comes with a specific warranty period (e.g., 1 month, 6 months, 1 year) mentioned in the product description.

• Replacement: If a product stops working within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement account or fix the issue.

• Voiding Warranty: The warranty is void if you:

  • Change the account credentials (email/password) of a shared account.

  • Share the account with others (unless it is a multi-user plan).

  • Violate the terms of use of the original platform (e.g., Netflix, Canva, Adobe).

6. Refund Policy

• No “Change of Mind” Refunds: Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or buy the wrong product by mistake.

• Eligible Refunds: A full refund will only be issued if:

  • We are unable to deliver the product within 48 hours.

  • The product is defective, and we cannot provide a working replacement within 72 hours.

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digital Materials BD acts as a third-party reseller. We are not the developers or owners of the software/platforms sold (e.g., Netflix, Adobe, Zoom). We are not responsible for any changes in the developer’s policy, downtime of their servers, or features removed by the official platform.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information (name, email, phone number) is used solely for processing your order and will never be shared with third parties.
