At Digital Materials BD, we strive to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, because we sell digital tools and subscriptions, our refund policy differs from physical product stores. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once a digital product (license key, account credential, or subscription link) has been delivered to you via email or WhatsApp, we generally do not offer refunds. This is because digital items cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund will ONLY be issued under the following specific circumstances:

  • Product Out of Stock: If you have paid for a product, but we are unable to deliver it within 48 hours.

  • Unfixable Technical Issue: If the product you received is not working at the time of delivery and our support team is unable to fix it or provide a replacement within 72 hours.

  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same order.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We will NOT issue a refund in the following cases:

  • “I Changed My Mind”: You decided you don’t need the product after buying it.

  • “I Don’t Know How to Use It”: You purchased a tool but don’t have the technical skills to use it (e.g., buying an Adobe account but not knowing how to use Photoshop).

  • Incompatible Device: The software doesn’t work on your specific device (e.g., buying a Windows-only key for a Mac). Please check system requirements before buying.

  • Violation of Terms: You violated the product’s usage policy (e.g., sharing a single-user account with others, changing the password of a shared account). This voids your warranty and refund eligibility immediately.

4. Replacement Policy (Warranty)

Instead of a refund, we offer a Replacement Warranty for most products.

  • If your account/key stops working within the warranty period (e.g., 1 month, 6 months), contact us immediately.

  • We will verify the issue and provide a new account or key free of charge.

  • Note: Replacements are provided for the remaining duration of your original subscription.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or report a problem:

6. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Rocket).

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the mobile banking service.
